First of all I would like to introduce myself. I amb umesh Ghimire, a permanent inhabitant of Champi, Lalitpur. I amb very happy to have the opportunity to write about me here.

​

I am very grateful that you are interested in y family and in me, and i promise to build my house with my heart and my hands.

​

This devastating earthquake in 2015 has affected my life negatively, but the adventure that I have done with the Spanish NGO in the reconstruction of 3 schools in 3 different areas has given me a lot of strength.

​

Although the trip has helped me to repair emotionally and mentally, it has ont helped me financially. We are still living with the same bad situation regarding housing.

 

I must thank this Spanish NGO for paying me a salary that has helped us to meet the basic needs of live, and it was an obligation to attend for me to survive myself and my family; but it has been dificult for us to make savings.
